About Us

The Alberta Gambling Research Institute is a consortium of the University of Alberta, University of Calgary, and the University of Lethbridge. Its primary purpose is to support and promote research into gambling in the Province of Alberta.

  1. Release of Final Report of Leisure, Lifestyle, & Lifecycle Project (LLLP)

    Five-year prospective longitudinal study designed to collect data on the factors influencing change in gambling and problem gambling behavior over time. The sample included 1808 participants from four locations representing the diversity of the province of Alberta.
